Will&Able Limited is 100% owned by the Will & Able Charitable Trust. Net profits generated by the company are retained within the trust structure to fund staff wages, workplace support services, and expand capacity to hire more disabled and neurodivergent employees.

Will&Able sells a range of eco-friendly household cleaning products. They also provide contract services for other companies (e.g. Assembling multi-part products, boxing items, and putting together promotional gift sets).
Charitable Purposes
- Meaningful Employment for Disabled and Neurodivergent New Zealanders: The primary charitable act is providing stable, supportive, and paid employment to New Zealanders with intellectual/physical disabilities and neurodiversity who face high barriers to entry in traditional labor markets.
- Advocacy & Social Inclusion: Advocating for the talents of differently-abled Kiwis to foster a culture of community, belonging, and self-worth, moving individuals off welfare benefits into independent, purpose-driven lives.
- Skills Training & Development: Providing ongoing workplace training, skills development, and supportive environments (kitting, assembly, light manufacturing, eco-product packaging) tailored to individual capabilities.
